چکیده

In this paper we aim to minimize the sum of two nonsmooth (possibly also nonconvex) functions in separate variables connected by a smooth coupling function. To tackle problem choose continuous forward-backward approach and introduce dynamical system which is formulated means partial gradients function proximal point operator functions. Moreover, consider variable rates implicity resulting system. We discuss existence uniqueness solution carry out asymptotic analysis its convergence behaviour critical optimization problem, when regularization objective fulfills Kurdyka-Łojasiewicz property. further provide for trajectory terms Łojasiewicz exponent. conclude work with numerical simulations confirm validate analytical results.

A forward-backward dynamical approach to the minimization of the sum of a nonsmooth convex with a smooth nonconvex function

We address the minimization of the sum of a proper, convex and lower semicontinuous with a (possibly nonconvex) smooth function from the perspective of an implicit dynamical system of forward-backward type. The latter is formulated by means of the gradient of the smooth function and of the proximal point operator of the nonsmooth one. The trajectory generated by the dynamical system is proved t...

Second Order Forward-Backward Dynamical Systems For Monotone Inclusion Problems

We begin by considering second order dynamical systems of the from ẍ(t) + Γ(ẋ(t)) + λ(t)B(x(t)) = 0, where Γ : H → H is an elliptic bounded self-adjoint linear operator defined on a real Hilbert space H, B : H → H is a cocoercive operator and λ : [0,+∞)→ [0,+∞) is a relaxation function depending on time. We show the existence and uniqueness of strong global solutions in the framework of the Cau...

A Compromise Decision-making Model for Multi-objective Large-scale Programming Problems with a Block Angular Structure under Uncertainty

This paper proposes a compromise model, based on the technique for order preference through similarity ideal solution (TOPSIS) methodology, to solve the multi-objective large-scale linear programming (MOLSLP) problems with block angular structure involving fuzzy parameters. The problem involves fuzzy parameters in the objective functions and constraints. This compromise programming method is ba...

a new type-ii fuzzy logic based controller for non-linear dynamical systems with application to 3-psp parallel robot

abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...

Forward – backward stochastic di erential equations with nonsmooth coe cients

Solvability of forward–backward stochastic di erential equations with nonsmooth coe cients is considered using the Four-Step Scheme and some approximation arguments. For the onedimensional case, the existence of an adapted solution is established for the equation which allows the di usion in the forward equation to be degenerate. As a byproduct, we obtain the existence of a viscosity solution t...
